Where is God?

There is an old joke I think might help.
I was really late for an appointment in NEW YORK CITY. As I was circling block after block for a parking spot I was about to give up and park in a garage. But before I gave in I decided to say a prayer to God. “Dear God please help me. I need to find a place to park. I have been told You might answer our prayers if we say them with faith” Just as I finished that appeal, a parking spot opened exactly where I was. So I shot a quick thought to God and said, “Never-mind God I just found a spot to park”.
Sound familiar? You might think all your efforts and achievements are caused by you. But in truth God directs your steps and in a way the most important to acknowledge is that most of the things in life of great value happened to you without your efforts. For example your birth, or your chance encounter that led to a wonderful experience. If you can see the hand of God in your life and know He has your back wouldn’t you live your life with less stress?
You deserve at least some commentary. And so to matters of The Western God.
